Returns
BGA Wholesale's return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging intact.
Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bgawholesales.com or call us at 786-860-2953. Attach the invoice received upon purchase in your email. If you don't have the invoice, kindly inform us.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be processing delays. If issues persist, reach out to us at web@bgawholesales.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at web@bgawholesales.com. Send your item to BGA Wholesale, and we will guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us at info@bgawholesales.com or call us at 786-860-2953. We do not provide a return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returned items will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
