Return & Refund Policy

At BGA Marine, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All returns are inspected by our logistics team upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BGA Marine is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at info@BGAMarine.com before sending any items back. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components, special-order items, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
